Inspiration behind Locomade?
We want to help artists ,crafters, designers and local artisans out there to showcase their incredible work and to help them succeed. There is a lack of opportunities and resources for creative people and artists to promote their handmade products and get themselves out there. Being difficult for them to sell against a reasonable price, particularly since markets have been flooded with low quality and industrially produced products.That is why we are passionate in our own right, to build a platform for artists and local African handmade products to rise.
