I Can't Login to My Account

If you can't Login to your Locomade Account. Follow the instructions for help getting back in to your account.

  1. You forgot your password.

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Visit the Reset Password page.
  2. Enter the email address that you used to create your Locomade account.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. You'll receive an email containing a link to reset your password. In your email inbox, look for an email from Locomade with the subject Reset your password.
  5. Click Reset your password in the email.
  6. Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
